On the way, we will pass through the Haouz farms and stop for a coffee in the village of Chichaoua. As we continue on to Sidi Mokhtar, we will have the chance to explore the Argan trees forest, where you may spot goats climbing the trees. In the afternoon, we will arrive in Taroudant, a Berber town founded by the Saadi dynasty in 1528 that served as their capital before they moved to Marrakech. During our visit, we will explore the Kasbah and ramparts, as well as the hidden alleys of the Medina. In the late afternoon, we will visit the Souk to see how beautiful jewelries are made.

After a hearty breakfast, we will set off on a journey through Morocco's stunning Berber region. Our first stop will be in Taliouin, the only place in the world where saffron is grown. If you wish, we can visit a local feminine cooperative to see how saffron is used in cooking and makeup by the Berber women and learn about its many other benefits.
Next, we will head to Taznakht, the capital of Berber carpets in Morocco, for lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit the Kasbah at Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified village that is home to several market areas and merchant houses. Our tour of the old building will be guided, and our guide will share the history of the Kasbah and how it became a popular location for Hollywood film crews. The UNESCO has recognized the Kasbah Ait Benhaddou as a world heritage site.
In the late afternoon, we will arrive in Ouarzazate, where we will spend the night in a comfortable Riad or hotel, with dinner waiting for us. Don't miss the chance to experience the rich culture and history of Morocco's Berber region with a visit to Taliouin, Taznakht, and Ait Ben Haddou.
After a nourishing breakfast, we will continue on to Ouarzazate, also known as the "Hollywood of Morocco." From Ouarzazate, we will make our way to the Dades valley via Skoura, with a stop to visit the 17th-century Kasbah Amredil, considered one of the most coveted Kasbahs in the country. As we continue through the "land of the 1000 Kasbahs," we will pass through the beautiful roses valley (the best time to visit is in late May).
Upon arrival in the Dades valley, we will take a secondary road leading up through the Dades gorges, where you will have the opportunity to go on a one-hour hike through the peaceful fields. From here, you can admire the stunning rock formations known as the "monkey fingers" and the fortified Kasbahs along the Dades river, with the sunset as a backdrop. After a stop at the canyons for a drink or to take in the majestic scenery, we will continue to our hotel for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay. Next, we will head to the Todra Gorges (Todra), where our guide will accompany you on a one-hour walk along the canyons, which stand at a staggering 300 meters high and are a favorite spot for rock climbers. After our visit to the Todra Gorges, we will make our way to the Erg Chebbi dunes in the Merzouga Sahara desert, stopping for lunch along the way.
