Bargain in markets : Bargaining is a normal part of shopping in Morocco. Do with a smile and be respectful. usually , start from half and end up taking the goods with 70% / 80% of the actual price.

Carry small bills : Its useful to have small bills for tipping and for small purchases.

Tip for good service : Tipping is customary for good service in restaurants, cafes, bars and hotels.

Cultural Guideline for GUIDE : Tipping is never mandatory, but culturally it’s a common way to show appreciation in Moroccan culture.Sometimes visitors are not aware of local customs and leave only small coins, which can be considered inappropriate. To avoid any misunderstanding, I always mention this in advance as a cultural guideline — not an obligation.
Tips are always at your discretion, though less than 10 € is generally viewed as symbolic.
