Why this journey
Begin on the Atlantic in Casablanca and Rabat, continue north through Tangier and Chefchaouen, then travel through the Roman ruins of Volubilis and Meknes before spending time inside the historic medina of Fes.
The final part of the journey takes you south to Marrakech, where an included private guided introduction leaves additional time for gardens, shopping, food, relaxation or another experience of your choice.
The ten-day itinerary is a starting point rather than a fixed package. Extra nights, a private Rabat guide, a Sahara extension, Essaouira, alternative airports and additional experiences can all be incorporated into the final proposal.
Signature moments
Travel from Casablanca and Rabat to Tangier and Chefchaouen, with panoramic coastal stops and time to experience the north at a relaxed pace.
Explore Volubilis, pause in Meknes and spend a full guided day in Fes to understand the histories behind the medinas and monuments.
End with three nights in Marrakech and keep the route open for extra nights, Essaouira or a Sahara extension if you want more time in Morocco.
Day by day
A suggested rhythm to shape together. Where days are grouped, the detailed daily arrangements are developed in your proposal.
Arrive at Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport, where your private driver meets you for the transfer to your hotel. Check in and take the remainder of the day at your own pace after your journey. There is no fixed sightseeing requirement on arrival day.
After breakfast, begin with a private vehicle tour of Casablanca. The morning can include the Corniche, central Casablanca and the Hassan II Mosque. Guests wishing to enter the mosque can do so according to the available visiting schedule, with entrance tickets paid separately. Lunch is independent. Afterwards, continue north to Rabat. Explore Morocco's capital with your driver, including its principal historic and panoramic areas. A licensed Rabat guide can also be added for guests who want deeper historical interpretation. Check into your accommodation and enjoy the evening at leisure.
After breakfast, depart north for Tangier. The Tangier visit is organised primarily with your private driver rather than a local city guide. Explore selected parts of the old city and continue towards the Atlantic side of Tangier. You may stop to collect picnic food before heading toward Perdicaris Park / Rmilat, where you can enjoy your lunch outdoors when weather conditions are suitable. Continue to Cap Spartel for photographs, then stop at the Caves of Hercules if you wish to enter, with admission paid separately. Later, leave Tangier and continue along the scenic road toward Chefchaouen. Arrive in the Blue City, check into your riad and keep the evening relaxed.
Enjoy breakfast at your riad. A private local guide can meet you in the lobby for a walking introduction to Chefchaouen, explaining the history of the town while exploring its medina, squares, lanes and everyday life. The guided walk is optional. Guests who prefer to explore independently can keep the entire day free. If the weather is clear, walk toward the Spanish Mosque in the late afternoon for sunset over the blue town.
Depart after breakfast for the journey south. Your principal stop is Volubilis, where you can explore the Roman ruins, mosaics and remaining structures. Entrance tickets are paid separately, and a local archaeological guide can be arranged if requested. Continue toward Meknes for photographs and a brief introduction to selected landmarks, depending on timing, before continuing to Fes. Arrive, check into your riad or hotel and relax for the evening.
Meet your licensed private Fes guide after breakfast. The day combines travel by private vehicle with extensive walking through the medina. Begin with the sections best reached by car, which can include the Royal Palace gates, a panoramic viewpoint overlooking Fes and a visit connected to the city's ceramic and pottery traditions. Then continue on foot into the historic medina. Walk through the narrow streets and traditional quarters while your guide explains the history, architecture, crafts, religious institutions and everyday life of one of Morocco's most important historic cities. The exact sequence is adapted locally according to opening times and your interests. Entrance tickets are not included.
After breakfast, depart Fes for Marrakech. This is intentionally a straightforward transfer day rather than another sightseeing programme. Travel privately south toward Marrakech with comfort stops along the way. Arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon or evening, check into your selected riad or hotel and keep the remainder of the evening free.
After breakfast, meet your licensed local Marrakech guide. Enjoy an included private half-day introduction to the city, designed to give you historical context and help you understand the medina before exploring further independently. The exact sightseeing sequence can be adjusted according to your interests and current site access. Entrance tickets are paid separately. After the tour, keep the rest of the day free. You may choose to add Majorelle Garden, another museum or garden, a hammam, food experience or simply enjoy Marrakech independently.
Your final full day is deliberately left flexible. Use it for last-minute shopping, cafés, gardens, relaxation or another private experience. Guests who want more structured sightseeing can add another guided experience, while those who prefer a slower finish can keep the entire day free.
After breakfast, your arrangements depend on your onward travel. If you are flying from Marrakech Menara Airport, a private departure transfer can be arranged. If your international flight departs from Casablanca, we can add a private Marrakech-to-Casablanca transfer. You can also extend the journey rather than departing immediately.
